Feliz Navidad!

We just want to wish eveyone a Feliz Navidad. The Mexican tradition
actually starts each holiday season on December 16th. It is to
recognize the journey of Mary and Joseph from Nazareth to Bethlehem.
Our ducks have travelled many places but not to Nazareth or Bethlehem.
It's not too late to place a Christmas order and send a duck to
recognize your own Feliz Navidad!

Merry Christmas!

New ad campaign

For those of you in the Baltimore area, we now have a radio ad that is
hitting the airwaves. It will be heard on WRBS, 95.1 FM.

This is our first radio campaign and we're hopeful that it will let
many people become aware of our service. You can help spreadthe word
by sending a ducky greeting via email, on our website.

Towson University

Did you know that one of the co-owners of SendaDuck.com is currently pursuing a Graduate degree at Towson University? Its true!

Amazing! Astonishing!Towson University Black and Gold

But true!

You really don't need a reason to send a duck to someone at Towson. You can wish the good luck on their exams or you can just let someone know that you are thinking of them. If you haven't called home in a while, send a duck to your kid sister, brother or even your dog or cat.

Have a ducky day!

ETSU Fans

Today we are sending a shout-out to all our East Tennessee State University fans. Why? No particular reason. Could it be that we love Johnson City and we know that there are only a few more days of classes (the semester ends on the 12th y'all)!

Anyway, hope everyone had a great semester. Send a duck to your friends if you want to keep them bright and cheery going into these last few days!

Thanksgiving Combo

With Thanksgiving right around the corner we are reminded of a fabulous fowl food (dig the alliteration): turducken.

Our ducks would end up being the middle of the combination fowl meat dish - except that they are made of rubber (and the fact that they would fit better inside a chicken, in actuality)

Anyway - whatever foods the upcoming holiday dictates are lining your table - be sure to enjoy them and have a ducky day!

SendaDuck from your phone!

We are very excited about the latest release of our iPhone App. It has mostly changes "under the hood". That means that it will work better on version 3.0 AND it allows our content team to update the cards remotely. So, as time goes on, you won't have to wait for a new version of the application to get the latest selection of cards.

The iPhone received an operating system upgrade a few months ago and we weren't able to get a newer version of the application published until we had fully tested our updates and got a BETA version of it out to our test group. http://www.sendaduck.com/iphone/faq/

In any case, enjoy the new app and let us know if you see anything weird. You can also check out the FAQ for anything that might have already been found.

Halloween is Coming

We have been sending out cute ducky greetings wrapped in Halloween ribbons. We hope that all those ducks get to their lucky duck recipients before Saturday - actually, we really hope they arrive ON Saturday. That would be great.

We just want to encourage everyone to get their Halloween orders in as soon as possible so we can be sure to send them out in time.

Halloween ribbons are available until midnight on Halloween (Oct 31).

Have a ducky day!
